Acceptance
By accessing or using Inkspring ("the Service"), operated by Protomota LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree to these terms, don't use the Service.
What Inkspring is
Inkspring is a studio that drafts a week of voice-matched social carousels for TikTok and Instagram from a brief, runs them through a self-critique pass, and packages the lot for review and scheduling. The Service is currently in private early access.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and connected platform tokens secure, and for everything that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or joining the waitlist, and you must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. We may suspend accounts that misrepresent who they belong to.
Content & ownership
You own the content you create, upload, or publish through the Service — your briefs, your brand voice samples, the carousels Inkspring drafts on your behalf. By using the Service, you grant Inkspring a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service for you. The Inkspring name, the four-ink-drop mark, and all surrounding design language are property of Protomota LLC.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to generate, distribute, or publish content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, defamatory, or designed to harass. You may not use the Service to spam, run bot networks, or impersonate others. You may not attempt to extract Inkspring's models, voice profiles, or training data through the API or product surface. Violations may result in immediate suspension.
Connected platforms
The Service connects to third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram, and others over time) so it can publish on your behalf. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their terms of service. Inkspring is not responsible for platform availability, API changes, content moderation decisions made by those platforms, or losses caused by platform-side outages.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-drafted content will be accurate, on-brand, or fit for any specific purpose — every carousel ships with its rationale and a critic note, and you remain responsible for reviewing and approving anything before it publishes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Protomota LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including loss of data, revenue, audience, or business opportunities. Our total liability under these terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to Inkspring in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars.
Changes
We may modify these Terms as the product evolves. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date; material changes will be emailed to signed-in users. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
