By accessing or using Inkspring ("the Service"), operated by Protomota LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Inkspring is an AI-powered content generation and scheduling platform that helps creators discover trending topics, generate source-backed drafts, and schedule content across multiple platforms. The Service is currently in early access / waitlist phase.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or joining the waitlist. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Inkspring a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Inkspring and its logos, designs, and branding are the property of Protomota LLC.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate, distribute, or publish content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use the Service to spam, harass, or mislead others. Violation of these terms may result in termination of your account.

6. Third-Party Platforms

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (including but not limited to TikTok, X/Twitter, and others) for content publishing. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. Inkspring is not responsible for third-party platform availability, policies, or content moderation decisions.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before publishing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Protomota LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
