Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — your email when you join the waitlist, the brand voice and source material you give the studio when you sign in, and the carousels you draft, approve, or schedule. We also collect basic usage data — pages visited, features used, signed-in session activity — so we can understand how Inkspring is being used and where it falls short.

02

How we use it

We use your information to run the studio: to draft, critique, schedule, and publish content on your behalf, to send waitlist updates and product notes, to personalize the voice the studio writes in, and to keep your account secure. We do not sell your personal information. Period.

03

Sharing

We share information with the service providers we need to operate — Supabase for auth and storage, Resend for transactional email, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, Vercel for hosting, and the publishing platforms you connect (Instagram, TikTok). When you publish to a third-party platform through Inkspring, that content is subject to their privacy policy from that point forward. We may disclose information if compelled by law or to defend our rights.

04

Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. OAuth tokens for connected platforms are stored encrypted and scoped to your account. No transmission over the internet is fully secure, so we won't pretend otherwise — but we work to keep the surface area small.

05

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. You can unsubscribe from any marketing or product email using the link in that email. If you're in the EU/EEA or California, you have additional rights under GDPR / CCPA — including data portability and the right to object to processing.

06

Cookies & tracking

We use essential cookies for sign-in and session management, and lightweight analytics to understand product usage. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots off the waitlist form. You can control cookies through your browser. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

07

Children's privacy

Inkspring is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a minor has signed up, email us and we'll delete the record promptly.

08

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Waitlist entries are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. We may retain a minimal record longer where required by law or for legitimate business reasons (fraud prevention, tax records).

09

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page; for significant changes we'll email signed-in users. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised policy.
